There is also batten insulation and a polyethylene moisture barrier in the floor to ensure years of use. You will stay comfortable with the three 15M Penguin heat pump central air conditioners, and the electric radiant heat beneath the main floor tile will keep your feet warm during those cooler months. Each model includes super polished solid surface countertops, hardwood cabinets with raised panel doors, a plush pillowtop mattress, and many more luxuries.
